Connie began her real estate career in 2000 in Charleston, SC, with RE/MAX for a short time, and then owned and operated a Keller Williams franchise in Charleston. Her ownership team grew that company to over 100 agents, producing over 450 million dollars in sales. She returned to RE/MAX in 2005 and went on to earn the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award and attained the RE/MAX 100 Percent Club. She has completed hundreds of transactions worth millions of dollars in sales. "When we work with our clients, we bring a lot of knowledge and expertise about the home buying or selling process and the state of the market. We focus on each client and their unique situation and help them make critical decisions when buying or selling a home.” Connie is a Member of the National Association of REALTORS®. (NAR) and the Seacoast Board of REALTORS.
Prior to real estate, Connie spent 20 years in hospital administration. Her last position was as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Trident Medical Center and HCA Southeast Division, Charleston, SC. Connie's exceptional experience, business management backgound, and real estate acumen have earned great respect from her colleagues. She is known for her attention to detail and commitment to customer service. Connie and Bill live in Fremont, NH. They also own investment property in ME and SC.
Bill Dolloff Executive Officer
In 1999, Bill retired from the Marine Corps. While on active duty, he received numerous medals and awards for his service. He also attended several colleges, working toward his Master's Degree in Management. His military career took him to Africa, Central America, multiple places in Europe, the Middle East, above the Arctic Circle, and all over the United States. From 1999 to 2015, Bill worked in multiple roles in the aerospace industry, working on national defense satellite systems, military, and commercial aircraft systems.
In 2015 Bill and Connie merged their careers into a real estate, and they became a husband-wife real estate team. (Their personal journey you will find below) After a few years with RE/MAX, Bill & Connie moved their business to eXp Realty. Bill brings an assortment of skills to the team, including marketing, organizational skills, systems management, leadership and team building.
CONNIE AND BILL'S STORY
Bill and Connie grew up in Waterbury, Vermont, but they didn’t know each other in grade school. Later on in high school, they had mutual friends, and in fact, Connie’s high school sweetheart, was friends with Bill. After high school, Connie found her way down south, eventually settling in Mt Pleasant, SC, right outside the historic city of Charleston. Around Christmas 2011 Connie and Bill reconnected on Facebook. Bill was in NH looking to buy a home, Connie was a Realtor in Charleston, so Bill figured who better to give him some pointers on the real estate industry. As time went by the their friendship evolved and they merged their lives and careers in New Hampshire. They married in their front yard in Fremont, NH in June of 2015
