The average days on the market for single family homes is 78.

There are 780 active listings for condos, and 255 have had price reductions. That's just under 33%.  The average days on the market is 86 days.

These numbers are drawn directly from the NH MLS. There may be some errors due to data entry errors from listing agents that are not identified in these numbers.
